About Glow & Hush

Products and third-party fulfilment

We curate homeware sourced from third-party suppliers and use third-party fulfilment partners who may ship items directly to customers. Items from one order can arrive in separate parcels. Glow & Hush remains your seller and is responsible for handling customer service and your consumer rights. Please read the product descriptions, dimensions and material details carefully before ordering.

Orders, pricing and payment

Prices are shown in GBP. Taxes and delivery costs, if applicable, are displayed before you confirm checkout. By submitting an order you offer to buy the selected items. We may decline an order if a product is unavailable or an obvious error occurs and will refund any payment taken for an item we cannot supply. We will not charge a revised price without your agreement. Payments are processed through the checkout methods displayed on the website.

Delivery

Delivery choices, costs and estimated times are displayed at checkout. Unless a different delivery time is agreed, goods will be delivered within 30 days after the contract is made. If delivery is late or fails, contact us so we can address it in line with your legal rights. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.

Cancellations, refunds and consumer protection

For most online goods, you have a 14-day statutory cancellation period after receipt, subject to legal exceptions. Full arrangements are set out in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms reduces your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Limits of liability

Nothing excludes liability where unlawful, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your mandatory rights regarding faulty, misdescribed or undelivered goods.

Updates and governing law

We may update these terms for future orders. Your purchase is subject to the terms available when the order is accepted and applicable consumer protections. The terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without limiting any mandatory protections applying to consumers elsewhere.
