Refund & Returns Policy

Glow & Hush is a UK online homeware retailer. For cancellations, returns or concerns about an order, email glow.and.hush.online@gmail.com with your order number.

Your right to change your mind

For most online purchases, you have 14 days from the day after you receive your goods to tell us you wish to cancel. Where an order is delivered in instalments, the period generally starts after the final delivery. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods. Contact us by email with a clear cancellation request; no specific form is necessary.

How to return an item

Contact us for return instructions and the correct return address before posting anything. Different products may be shipped by different fulfilment partners. For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for direct return postage costs where disclosed before purchase. Please obtain proof of postage. You may inspect items as you would in a shop, but we may deduct any reduction in value caused by unnecessary handling.

Refunds

Following a valid cancellation, we refund the price paid and the cost of basic standard outbound delivery, where applicable. Extra charges for an upgraded delivery service are not refundable under the statutory cancellation rules. We make the refund within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or proof they have been sent, whichever occurs first, and may wait until one of those events. If goods have not been dispatched, the refund is made within 14 days after notice of cancellation. Refunds use the original payment method unless otherwise agreed, without a refund administration fee.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Contact us promptly with a description, your order number and photographs if helpful. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply, including remedies for faulty, misdescribed and incorrect goods. Where legally required, we will cover reasonable return costs. These statutory rights are separate from the change-of-mind cancellation process.

Exceptions

Certain goods, such as genuinely personalised or made-to-specification products, may be exempt from the statutory change-of-mind right. Any relevant exception will be identified before purchase. This never removes rights for faulty or misdescribed products.
